To commemorate his place as the leading scorer on the 1962-63 1964-65 and 1965-66 championship Celtics Jones was presented with this figural ice bucket. The silver plated piece measures 7" x 7" x 14½" and features a hook shot-shooting basketball player on the top of the lid. The front of the bucket was been engraved with “SAM JONES SCORING ACE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP CELTICS.” The bottom has the remnants of a Boston Trophy house label and E.P.S. hallmarks stamped into the surface. The bucket shows heavy use with several surface imperfections and abrasions. The silver plated surface has tarnished with age and the body shows some denting.
