Wrigley Field in Chicago Illinois and has been the home ballpark of the Chicago cubs since 1916. The park was built in 1914 and named Weegman Park for the Chicago Whales of the Federal League. It was called Cubs park between 1920 and 1926 before being renamed for then Cubs team owner and chewing gum magnate William Wrigley Jr. From 1921 to 1970 it was also the home of the Chicago Bears of the NFL. Wrigley Field is nicknamed The Friendly Confines a phrase popularized by "Mr. Cub" Hall of Famer Ernie Banks. Wrigley is known for its ivy covered brick outfield wall and the unusual wind patterns off Lake Michigan that can inflate scores when the wind is blowing out and turn any pitcher into a Cy Young candidate when blowing in. Wrigley is the oldest National League park and was the last major league park to have lights installed for play after dark (1988).

The offered Wrigley single seat is quite structurally sound featuring a coat of moderately worn vintage green paint and a white painted seat number 111 on the top back slat. The seat is affixed to a modern support base making it fully functional.

Includes a Letter of Provenance from The Newport Sports Museum.
