This item boasts a rather unique claim to being a one-of-a-kind piece: the X-ray of Muhammad Ali's jaw unceremoniously broken by Ken Norton in their epic March 31 1973 battle at the San Diego Sports Arena that earned Norton the NABF Heavyweight title and handed Ali only the second defeat of his career. The approximately 10-by-12-inch X-ray which appears to be a copy of the original has been neatly matted and framed to an overall 16-by-19 inches and features the bold autographs of both Ali and Norton in shiny gold paint pen. Your personal reaction to the X-ray itself may be dependent upon how far you got through med school but regardless it is a compelling bit of boxing memorabilia.
