Offered here are four separate trophies from the Los Angeles Athletic Club (L.A.A.C.) dating to the early 1900s. The largest of the trophies is a two-handled sterling on bronze combination that stands nine inches tall and 7.5 inches across. It was awarded to R.G. Retzer in 1919 for winning the LAAC Round Robin Handball Tournament. Next there are three smaller individual bronze and/or sterling silver wrestling trophies from the LAAC that recognizes R. G. Retzer for winning 1st Prize on March 10 1919 in the So. Cal. Championship LAAC Heavy Weight Wrestling. This particular trophy stands five inches tall. The latter two trophies also from the LAAC pay tribute to G.W. Retzer Jr. who won a pair of lightweight wrestling crowns the first on March 10 1909 and the second smaller trophy on March 2 1910. The first of the G.W. Retzer Jr. trophies stands five inches tall while the second one made of pure sterling silver stands just three-and-a-half inches tall.
