Sport Magazine honored 25 years of World Series heroes by creating this special award honoring the 25 years of Fall Classic MVPs covering 1955 to 79. An electric-lighted plaque it boasts a three-tiered wooden base with a specially designed acrylic top that includes a carved baseball on the inside with the words: WORLD SERIES MVP 1955-1979. The engraved silver plaque on the front reads: MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL SPORT MAGAZINE Honor 25 Years of World Series Heroes Gene Tenace Oakland As 1972. The overall items measures 13.5 wide by 10 high.
