A beautiful Type 1 photo of Rocco Francis Marchegiano – better known as Rocky Marciano. The undefeated heavyweight champ strikes a classic fight pose in this 1950s full-body portrait. Marciano was heavyweight champ from 1951 to 1956 and defended the title six times. Three of those title bouts were named “Fight of the Year” by Ring Magazine. His complete dominance over every challenger made him an inspiration to millions – including Sylvester Stallone, who appropriated the name “Rocky” and nickname “Italian Stallion from Marciano. With a career record of 49-0, he was the only heavyweight champ to retire with an undefeated record. The front of the photo has full white borders and the reverse has “Rocky Marciano” handwritten in pencil. The photograph measures 8” x 10” and has been encapsulated and graded a Type 1 by PSA.

Please allow up to three business days following clearance of payment for items to ship. All items will be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground unless you contact us to discuss an alternative shipping method.
