Former NBA superstar Steve Nash was an eight-time All-Star and two-time league MVP (2005 and '06) who played the majority of his career for the Phoenix Suns but wound up closing out his career out as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers. A flashy play-maker who could dish assists but could also stop on a dime and put up a game-winning jumper Nash suffered injuries late in his career and played only sparingly in his final season (2013-14) in just 15 regular-season games starting 10 of them.
This lot features a pair of 2013-14 Steve Nash dual-signed and game-worn Nike Kobe Model shoes. The size 12 purple-and-white shoes both sport gray Nike swooshes on either side and boast Kobe Bryant's logo on the respective tongues in raised silver. The official Nike manufacturer's tagging exists inside both shoes and reflects the shoe's manufacturing date of 7/8/13. The shoes show minimal wear but have been photo/style matched to 10/29/13 (opening night) against the cross-town Clippers and several games later in season(3/21/14 3/28/14 4/1/14 4/3/14 and 4/8/14). Nash signed both shoes in silver marker on the top of the toes and added "10" for his uniform number. The original purple shoelaces remain intact.
