Featured here is an awesome pair of Blake Griffin game-worn signature model sneakers from late in the 2013-14 season. Photo research indicates he wore these in the playoffs against Golden State and/or Oklahoma City as they are style-matched to four games in each series. The Los Angeles Clippers star 6’10” power forward averaged 24.1 points 9.5 rebounds and 3.9 assists in another All-Star season. In the playoffs he helped lead the Clips over the Warriors in a thrilling 7-game first round series before they ultimately fell to the Thunder in six games in the Western Conference Semifinals. The high-flying dunk machine sported this same style colorway in Games 1 3 4 & 7 against the Dubs and then in Games 2 3 4 & 5 against OKC.
The Nike ‘Super.Fly 2’ Jordan brand mid-tops come in white with blue color tones and red outsoles to match the Clippers team colors. “BG” is stamped on the tongues to denote Griffin’s initials. The Jumpman logo appears on the rear blue plastic panels and again on the outsoles. They come with their original white laces. The insoles have been removed likely for custom orthotics Griffin prefers to use. The size 16 shoes are appropriately tagged underneath the tongues with "SEASON SU14" and "PROMO SAMPLE" indicating they were player-issued for the 2013-14. The sneakers display solid game wear with some soiling and contact marks on the exterior as well as proper heel drag on the bottoms.
