Featured here is a 2012-13 University of Kentucky game-worn road jersey from center Nerlens Noel one of the top scholastic players in the country out of high school who played one year for Coach John Calipari at UK. Noel set the Wildcats' single-game record for blocks with 12 on January 29 2013. His Freshman season was cut short when he tore his ACL on February 12. He averaged 10.5 points 9.5 rebounds and 4.4 blocks. Drafted with the 6th overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft by the New Orleans Pelicans he was ultimately traded to the 76ers where he averaged 10 points and 8 boards per contest in his 2014-15 rookie season. This past year (2015-16) he averaged 11 and 8 for the Sixers.
The blue mesh jersey has "Kentucky" across the front in white tackle twill with the Nike Swoosh logo on the right shoulder and the SEC embroidered patch on the left. A unique plastic Kentucky emblem is affixed to the "V" at the collar. His No. 3 appears front and back in white and silver tackle twill; his name on the back is in white tackle twill and appears on an ornate blue mesh panel that covers the mid-upper back with the white embroidered Kentucky "120" [No. of counties] patch at the top. Jersey has white trim on the yokes and collar and a Nike size 52 tag affixed to the front tail with flag tags of "Length +6" and "2012-2013." University of Kentucky bar code appears inside the tail for further authenticity. Shirt shows moderate game use and comes problem-free.
