Chivas USA was located in Carson California from 2004 to 2014 when it was disbanded. Alex Zotinca played for Chivas USA from 2006-08 and 2010. The jersey here are replica jerseys from 2008. The Zotinca signed jersey is red and white striped with white sleeves and blue stripes. Zotinca has signed in black felt tip pen andinscribed the jersey with "To Newport Sports Museum" and added the number 23 below his autograph. On the back is dark blue screen printed numbers and letters with Zotinca across the top and a large #23 heat pressed to a white mesh fabric covering most of the back. Zotinca has signed again on the left shoulder blade above the name. On the front the word Comex in blue with white border is affixed across the chest with the Adidas logo just under the neck and The Club Deportivo Chivas USA patch sewn into the upper left chest. The collar is navy blue and has Chivas USA embroidered in gold.
The second jersey is a team signed jersey from 2008. There are 20 autographs in black felt tip pen on the front of the jersey many of which note the players' number. The front of the jersey is similar to the first jersey with the difference being red sleeves with white stripes instead of the blue. On the back is gold with black trim heat pressed numbers and letters. The letters above the large "08" is the name "CHIVAS USA".
Includes a Letter of Provenance from The Newport Sports Museum.
