The Colorado Rapids was one of the original 10 teams of MLS that began play in 1996 and won the MLS cup in 2010. The replica jersey and ball have been signed by members of the 2005 and 2006 team. The Blue and black striped ball has been signed by 20 players in silver felt tip pen. A couple of the autographs have been smudged but the majority are in good shape. The white replica jersey has been signed by 16 players from the 2005-2006 team. Players have signed in black felt tip pen noting their number in many examples. The Atletica brand jersey has the Colorado Rapids logo embroidered on the left chest and "Atletica" embroidered in black thread on the right chest.
Byron Foss played 5 games at goalie for the Rapids in 2005 and posted a record of 3-2. The game worn jersey is yellow with blue and grey trim with blue stripes on the sleeves. On the front are heat applied loges of the Ripids on the left chest and Adidas on the right chest. On the inside collar the size is noted as being XL. On the back the numbers and letters are in black with white trim heat pressed lettering. Above the name Foss is a heat pressed "MLS season 10" patch. The jersey shows appropriate wear. In addition there is a pair of Puma brand soccer cletes with the number 27 written in black pen that were used by Foss. The cletes show moderate wear with dirt still found on the soles.
