New Hall of Fame member Adrian Beltre used this bat during 2004, the finest season of his career. At the plate, Beltre led the National League with 48 home runs, hit a resounding .334, recorded an even 200 hits, and drove in 121 runs. In the field, he won the first of his five Gold Glove Awards. Beltre’s 2004 Rawlings M155B model bat displays great game use, with a piece of wood missing from the upper handle. Numerous ball marks and scuffs mark the barrel, and a heavy coat of pine tar covers the handle. The barrel end exhibits abrasions from ground contact, and the knob end displays Beltre’s number 29 handwritten in silver marker. The Dodgers’ star has signed the barrel in silver marker, adding, “3,000 Hit Club.” PSA/DNA has graded this Hall of Fame gamer a GU 8.
