Chris Webber was a well-traveled NBA player who competed for five different teams during the course of his 16-year career. For the first 46 regular-season games of the 2004-05 campaign Webber battled the boards for the Sacramento Kings and averaged 21.3 points and 9.7 boards per outing. Offered here is Webber’s game worn Kings home jersey from that remarkable season the second half of which he played for the Philadelphia 76ers.
The featured white jersey reads “KINGS across the chest in purple on silver and black tackle twill with Webber’s uniform number “4” positioned on the left side of the chest in similar tackle twill fashion. The front left tail includes the proper “Reebok” manufacturer’s tag with three flag tags attached: “52” “2004-2005” and “+4 LENGTH.” On the left shoulder is the official “NBA” logo embroidered in red white and blue. Across the back reads the player name “WEBBER” in purple tackle twill sewn directly onto the white mesh jersey with the Kings’ team logo crown patch situated above his last name. His uniform number “4” appears centered on the back of the jersey in purple on silver and black tackle twill. The jersey which reflects moderate use is sporting purple and gray knit elastic trim on the yokes and collar as well as purple and silver elastic rib panels on either side.
