At the turn of the new millennium the St. Louis Rams were commonly referred to as the Greatest Show on Turf. Armed with a strong passing attack led by burgeoning quarterback Kurt Warner and a great running game headed by Marshall Faulk the team led the league in scoring over both the 1999 and 2000 seasons. With Warner at the controls and receivers like Isaac Bruce Torry Holt and Az-Zahir Hakim catching his spirals the Rams finished 13-3 in 1999 and 10-6 in 2000. It was in January of 2000 when the Rams defeated the Tennessee Titans 23-16 to win the franchises first and only Super Bowl title. This Rams commemorative white panel football was signed in black Sharpie by 40 members of the Rams Super Bowl XXXIV winning team. The most notable autographs are from Warner Faulk Holt Hakim Bruce and even the teams original starting quarterback Trent Green who suffered a season-ending knee injury in the 99 preseason which enabled Warner to get the starting job. Nearly every player has included his uniform number next to his signature.
