Reigning NFL MVP Peyton Manning of the Denver Broncos spent his first 14 seasons in the league playing quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts. In 2000 he led the Colts to a 10-6 record and a second-place finish in the AFC East Division. The strong-armed QB threw for 4413 yards and 33 touchdowns that season and even ran for one more score. This is Mannings Puma-branded Colts white jersey from that season. The size 48 jersey comes complete with the Puma manufacturing tag on the front left bottom portion of the jersey along with a sewn on OO that indicates the season from which the jersey was worn. Showing minimal usage the No. 18 jersey includes the NFL shield sewn onto the bottom of the V-neck collar and the blue Puma patch is sewn onto both sleeves.
Includes a letter of provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
