In 1999 Cade McNown starting at quarterback in five games for the Chicago Bears. The rookie signal-caller completed 127 passes for 1465 yards and eight touchdowns that season. This is McNowns official game-worn Chicago Bears white jersey from his rookie campaign. The size 44 NFL Nike jersey shows an incredible amount of game wear complete with embedded dirt and grass stains along with much fraying of the stitching of his uniform No. 8 on the jersey back. It includes all the proper tags including one on the inside back collar that reads 99-44 to indicate the season and jersey size. The NFL shield is sewn into the bottom of the V-neck collar and the Nike Swoosh patch is also sewn onto both sleeves. His nameplate McNOWN in Navy blue letters with orange outlines is sewn across the back of the shoulders. McNown has signed the jersey on the back right shoulder in fine-point black marker with the inscription: Go Bears!
