In his heyday with the Seattle SuperSonics Shawn Kemp made spectacular plays night in and night out capturing the imagination of what is humanly possible. His nickname "Reign Man" precedes him. He made the All-Star team six straight seasons (1993-98) and if it weren't for Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls the Sonics would claimed another NBA championship in the 1990's to go along with their 1979 title. This pair of Reebok Kamikaze sneakers were worn by Kemp most likely during the 1995-96 season (the year Seattle lost to the Bulls in the Finals) as the style-matched photos seem to indicate. Kemp has signed each shoe "Shawn Kemp #40" across the heel in strong 9/10 looking blue ink. The size 15 shoes have "Kemp" stitched in white atop the bottom black shoelace covers. They exhibit excellent game use with black paint transfers visible in the white panels.
