Here is an intriguing pair of signed artifacts from two legendary 49ers Jerry Rice and Steve Young both of whom were named starters in the Pro Bowl for the 1993 season (game played in Feb. '94). The NFC blue jerseys have Wilson tagging on the front - Size 44 for Young and Size 46 for Rice with small flag tags with the size and "GZ." National is screened in white vinyl across the front above the player Nos. - 8 and 80 - that appear front back and on the sleeves. Player names are screened in vinyl on blue nameplates on the back and the intricately embroidered Hawaii Pro Bowl patches appear on each shoulder just above the white embroidered Wilson "W." Sleeves and collar are red and white elastic. Young has signed in black Sharpie on his No. 8 on back and Rice has signed an enormous vertical signature - also in black Sharpie - on the "0" of his No. 80 on back. All elements appear pristine and in essentially as-issued and problem-free condition.

From 1986-2002 Dave Rahn served an integral role within the San Francisco 49ers organization. Starting as a public relations and media coordinator he soon took over as director of travel and team services where he was responsible for all football operations including travel and accommodations practice schedules lodging and meal planning. He later managed the concert tours for Fleetwood Mac Sheryl Crow and Lionel Richie. In 2014 Dave Rahn passed away after a courageous 2-year battle with cancer. "He was like a wheel and all these spokes from those years came from him" said his close friend former linebacker Gary Plummer. "He kept the 49ers family from those times together." His collection includes dozens of 49ers game-worn and autographed items gifted by the many players and staff members who were loyal friends to Dave and will forever remain close to his loving family.
