Featured here is Ron Tugnutt's custom-made Anaheim Mighty Ducks goalie mask game-worn during the 1993-94 season. It is an Ed Cubberly design as indicated by the artist sticker label and "Made For Ron Tugnutt Ed Cubberly 12-93" inscription on the inside. Angry ducks on each side with a teal background make for a beautiful exterior paint job. The artist has added "TUGGER" to the rear plate. The full cage painted in white and original chinstrap are completely intact. All interior fiber padding and cloth straps are intact as well. It also comes with its original clear hard plastic Cooper throat protector. The mask shows light to moderate wear with some minor sweat stains on the chinstrap and obvious use on the throat protector. The paint job is incredibly well-preserved. What an incredible offering for Ducks fans and hockey collectors alike!
Includes a letter of provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
