Ken Griffey Jr. really set himself apart as one of the best players in baseball from 1992-94. He finished top five in AL MVP voting twice and was runner-up once. He smacked at least 40 home runs and had at least 100 RBI twice in those three campaigns.

 

Offered is Griffey's Worth 'W225' bat from that period of his early career. The bat exhibits outstanding use with a handle crack. Slight checking from repeated ball contact is on the back barrel. The length (34 inches) and weight (30.1 ounces) are stamped on the knob. Griffey signed the front barrel in bold blue permanent marker for excellent eye appeal. John Taube of PSA/DNA gave the bat an almost-perfect GU 9.5 for the use, while the autograph has a JSA COA.
