One half of the famed Bash Brothers is represented here in a blazing white Athletics home jersey that seems to have a rather imposing red stain on the front of the shirt that looks suspiciously like blood. With 462 home runs and 1407 RBIs it would have taken only a tiny shift in the Earth's axis for the initial Cooperstown aspirations to have been promptly met. As it is Jose Canseco can point to two World Series titles an MVP and ROY award two home run titles and four Silver Sluggers. There aren't too many guys with that kind of hardware on the outside looking in at the HOF. The large "Athletics" in script and his No. 33 both in Kelly green in gold trim are sewn across the chest. Elephant baseball logo sewn on left sleeve. "Canseco" is in Kelly green tackle twill on the nameplate sewn on back along with "33" in Kelly green in gold trim. Rawlings Size 46 and "33 91" tags sewn inside front tail. Jersey exhibits light wear leaving aside whatever mayhem prompted the staining on the front. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from the Newport Sports Museum.
