Bob Boone was most know for his defense behind the plate. He played 19 seasons for the Phillies Angels and Royals. Bob is the son of Ray Boone and the father of Brett and Aaron Boone. All 4 players were named as all stars during their careers. The jersey here is from the 1989 season and show signs of moderate to heavy game use. The Rawlings size 48 jersey has numerous sweat stains on the front and some fraying on the Royals logo that is stitched across the front. Boone has signed the jersey in black felt marker just below the 8 on the front left of the jersey. The autograph is legible and crisp and would rate a 9-10/10.
