1) 16" by 21" full color poster signed and inscribed by Mark Johnson and Bob Suter presented to USA Hockey executive Art Berglund. Both were members of the "Miracle on Ice" USA Olympic Hockey team that defeated USSR on February 22 and then won the Gold Medal by defeating Finland in the finals on February 24 1980. Johnson was the teams star Center who scored twice in USA's famous 4-3 semifinal win over USSR and then tallied another two goals in the gold medal game including the game-winner. He has written "Art Thanks so much for your help and friendship through the years Mark Johnson #10" in 8-9/10 blue felt tip pen. (Johnson wore #10 during the tournament; the photo used in this poster was probably taken earlier with him wearing a different number.) Suter a defenseman has written "Art Thanks for your backing and friendship. A true friend you are. Thanks Bob Suter #20" in 8/10 black felt tip pen. Poster itself has some creasing and water staining on back. VG-EX condition overall.
2) Large 22" by 33" full color poster of USA's goaltender Jim Craig signed and inscribed to USA Hockey executive Art Berglund. Craig was the team's starting goalie and played a vital role for the USA "Miracle on Ice" Olympic team. Craig has written "To Art To all the good times and hard work we have shared Best Wishes Jim Craig" in 9/10 looking black ink. Poster itself has some creasing and a few small tears at edges but still presents well.
3) Also included is an unsigned 1980 USA Hockey "Miracle on Ice" team photo poster in VG-EX condition.
Includes Letter of Provenance from renowned Olympic memorabilia collector and auctioneer Ingrid O'Neil who acquired these items directly from former USA Hockey General Manager Art Berglund.
