This lot offers a 1970 Topps Baseball complete set consisting of a total of 720 cards, the largest Topps had ever produced at the time. The cards have an excellent eye appeal with a newer design that had ever been previously released. The gray borders give way to a white trim around color photographs of the athlete. Team names are included on the upper corner of the card while player name and position are listed on the bottom portion.
Subsets consist of League Leaders, NL and AL Playoffs, World Series, and All-Star cards.
The offered set remains in VG-EX condition overall with a few standouts that may warrant consideration for grading. Some of the high numbered (#553-720) are among some of the more difficult examples to find, including Johnny Bench, Al Kaline, Willie Mays, and Notal Ryan to name a few.
