This Brazil national team jersey from the 1968–69 period is constructed by Athleta in short-sleeve cotton in the classic canary yellow of the Seleção, with a green ribbed V-collar and green ribbed cuffs finishing the sleeves. The embroidered CBD shield—Confederação Brasileira de Desportos—is applied to the left chest in blue, green, and white, with visible thread texture consistent with hand-embroidered period production.

Number 8 is applied to the reverse in large green felt appliqué, hand-stitched directly to the fabric with fraying at the edges consistent with age and repeated laundering over many decades. The jersey shows substantial and authentic age-consistent wear throughout—natural yellowing of the cotton, light soiling across the chest and back, and fabric stress at the collar and underarm areas—all consistent with a genuine match-worn garment from this era that has not been cleaned or restored.
