Relative to other Babe Ruth signed mediums the population of Ruth signed bats is miniscule. This c.1920s. Babe Ruth signature model Louisville Slugger 125 bat measures 34" long and weighs 36.6oz. Typical of bats produced for retail sale the length (34") is stamped on the knob end. The barrel end of the bat has been signed by Ruth in black fountain pen "To Jack McCullough From Babe Ruth." The salutation and signature rate 7-8 out of 10 displaying nicely against the bats light brown finish. Fine 1920s era Ruth signed bat remaining in outstanding original condition.
