Eye appealing VG+ PSA 3.5 card of enormously popular 19th Century Hall of Famer King Kelly from the beautiful 1888 N162 Goodwin Champions tobacco series. Kelly was undoubtedly the most well liked player among the fans of his day and his sale from Chicago to Boston after the 1886 season sent shock waves through the baseball world. Kelly played all positions during his 16 year career, even pitcher. Good color with blemish free image. Almost dead centered card. Relatively clean both front and back. Crease free card with rounding of the corners being the main reason for the VG+ PSA 3.5 rating. Very attractive example of the reigning superstar of his day.
