It strains the imagination to come up with a more compelling artifact from perhaps the greatest golfer of all time than this remarkable tournament worn and autographed Tiger Woods polo shirt a stunning piece from one of Woods greatest seasons. With eight PGA victories including two majors Woods earned nearly $10 million that year and then tacked on this amazing 19-under victory at the 2006 Dubai Desert Classic for good measure. Tiger sported this polo during the 3rd round of the tournament when he shot a 67. He eventually outlasted Ernie Els in a playoff for his 10th career victory on the European Tour. The blazing purple white and blue multi-striped Nike shirt features the horizontal striping and blue color with the famed Nike Swoosh logo embroidered in white at the front left. The Tiger Woods TW logo is embroidered in white at the back and in a small silver metal accent sewn to the left sleeve. Woods has applied a very large and simply stunning gold Sharpie autograph to the front along with a "1/1" limited edition size inscription alongside. The shirt shows appropriate wear and comes in pristine condition with tournament use attested to by Upper Deck Authenticated and confirmed by numerous photos. The UDA hologram is affixed to the front of the shirt. As noted above this is an extraordinary opportunity to pick up a great piece from one of the most dominant figures in golf history.
