Unique NFL commemorative piece capturing the autographs of 15 Super Bowl MVP award winners beginning with Bart Starr who won back-to-back MVPs in Super Bowls I and II. This full-size Riddell Super Bowl XL replica helmet is also signed by Len Dawson (IV MVP) Chuck Howley (V) Roger Staubach (VI) Larry Csonka (VIII) Fred Biletnikoff (XI) Randy White (XII) Jim Plunkett (XV) Marcus Allen (XVIII) Doug Williams (XXII) Mark Rypien (XXVI) Troy Aikman (XXVII) Desmond Howard (XXXI) Terrell Davis (XXXII) and Kurt Warner (XXXIV) in 9/10 black Sharpie. The majority included their jersey number. The Super Bowl XL logo decal with 'DETROIT FEBRUARY 5 2006' blue adorns both sides of the white helmet with gray facemask. All elements of the head-protector are essentially as issued in pristine condition. Comes in nice Acrylic display case.
Consignor received these items from an NFL photographer who shoots the Super Bowl each year and has direct access to various autographed memorabilia during media week.
