Two political leaders 41st United States President George H.W. Bush and Former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney both served during the Cold War. President Bush also served as the captain and first baseman of the Yale University baseball team as well as two terms as a Representative to Congress from Texas. Prior to his presidency Bush served as Ronald Reagans vice presidential running mate in 1980. Brian Mulroney also active in politics was President of the Iron Ore Co. of Canada in 1977 prior to serving as the leader of the Progressive Conservative Party in 1983. During his reign as Prime Minister Mulroney sought closer cooperation with the United States on bilateral issues such as trade. Both politicians signed this OAL (Brown) baseball with black ink with Bush occupying the sweet spot. Both autographs are legible and rate 7-8/10.
