One of the game's greatest forwards and one of the game's greatest goalies grew up in the same family home. Phil Esposito practiced shooting against brother Tony for hours on end and by 1970 both had reached the top of the hockey world and we're both named to the First All-Star Team. Phil joined the Bruins in a six player trade in 1967 from Chicago teaming up with Bobby Orr to form one of the most dynamic scoring duos in hockey history.
This is an actual game puck used by Phil Esposito to score a goal on 12/19/72. The accompanying NHL certificate verifies that it was Phil's 20th goal of the 1971-72 season and the 363rd of of his Hall of Fame career.
Includes a NHL Certificate of Authenticity and a Letter of Provenance from The Newport Sports Museum.
