Awesome Ozzie Smith St. Louis Cardinal road jersey worn in the 1987 All-Star Game held on July 14 1987 at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum in Oakland California. The National League defeated their American League rivals 2-0 in a long 13 inning defensive struggle. Ozzie as was the case throughout most of his Hall of Fame career was voted to start the game and played the first 7 innings going 0 for 2. In the field he had 3 put outs 2 assists and participated in 2 double plays. Beautiful Rawlings size 40 Cardinal jersey has large 2 1/8" by 3 3/4" "1987 ALL STAR GAME OAKLAND CA. O.Smith 1" patch at outside front tail. Jersey exhibits light to medium wear. Outstanding jersey!
