Here's something pretty rare and cool: Ozzie Smith card collector somehow managed to come up with 11 uncut Topps sheets from 1979 his rookie year. All 11 sheets are essentially Ex-Mt or better revealing only the kind of occasional corner wear and light buckling that is customary with uncut sheets. And along with nearly a dozen Ozzie Smith rookies the 132-card sheet seems to boast an inordinate number of Hall of Famers including Brock Perry Yastrzemski Perez Carter Dawson and Rice plus double prints of Reggie Morgan and Bench. Seems redundant to point out that Ozzie's in good company but as they say on TV "Wait there's more." And by that we mean a number of others with legitimate HOF pretensions like Dave Parker Ron Guidry Thurman Munson and Steve Garvey.
