Striking 17 1/2" long original torch from the 1968 Mexico City Summer Olympic Games features a rather simple design. Silver colored metal base leather handle silver white-cast metal top with "MEXICO 1968 MEXICO 1968" worked around the top. Torch is in beautiful original pristine looking condition.
Includes a Letter of Provenance from the Helms Athletic Foundation/LA84 Collection.
Payment for your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from SCP Auctions’ Laguna Niguel, CA office in the order that payments are received.
