1) Original hand painted artwork was used to create an advertisement for Fatima Cigarettes c.1910-20. The round display measures 10" in diameter and features a lifelike pair of hands holding a pack of Fatima Cigarettes surrounded by the words "Fatima - Thank You". The artwork is rendered in what appears to be oil paint on cardboard. A period application of varnish shows some surface crazing from age. Framed to a size of 12 1/2" by 12". EX condition.
2) 1880's Old Judge Cigarettes advertising sign features a beautifully embossed image of a Turkish dancer holding a basket of flowers in one hand with a beautiful bird on the other. "GOODWIN & COMPANY NEW YORK U"(SA?) across the bottom. One hole at top center possibly meant to hang item from and 1 1/2" by 1 1/4" diagonal piece missing from lower right corner. Other 3 corners also have small diagonal pieces missing. Otherwise looks to be in nice condition with beautiful color and graphics. Framed to a size of 9 1/2" by 15 1/4".
