Muhammad Ali and Smokin Joe Frazier were two of the greatest heavyweights in boxing history. Finding a fiercer rivalry in the ring would be hard to do as these two Goliaths put on epic battles during three separate trips to the ring to face one another for the world heavyweight championship. In their first meeting on March 8 1971 at Madison Square Garden dubbed The Fight of the Century Frazier won by a unanimous 15-round decision. In their subsequent two title fights (in 1974 and 75) Ali won by a unanimous decision in 12 rounds and by RTD (retired) after the 14th round respectively. Their bouts were epic and so were their earnings. This lot includes two different red Everlast 12-ounce boxing gloves. The one with the white Everlast tag is signed by Muhammad Ali while the one sporting the gold Everlast tag is signed by Joe Frazier. Both signatures were penned in black fine-point marker and rest perfectly centered on the top of either glove. The signatures rate 9-9/10.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
