The Chicago Bulls hosted the '88 NBA All-Star Weekend and, once again, Michael Jordan took center stage. In perhaps the most thrilling NBA Slam Dunk Contest ever, "His Airness" put on his greatest show to date, mesmerizing the home crowd and millions watching on TV. Taking off from the free-throw line, MJ scored a perfect '50' to defeat Dominique Wilkins (a.k.a. "The Human Highlight Film") in an epic final. The image of Jordan soaring through the air has been mass-marketed and reprinted countless times. It's the moment many credit with cementing his nickname as "Air Jordan."

 

This oversized (16x20) professional photograph from MJ's famous FT-line jam to clinch his second straight dunk contest has been nicely autographed by Jordan in bold 9-10/10 silver marker. It comes with a COA from Upper Deck Authenticated. Ready to be framed. Awesome display piece.
