Featured here are five beautiful bronze enamel badges from the 1948 Winter 1952 Summer and 1956 Winter Olympic Games. All missing ribbons attachments and pinbacks/closures unfortunately.

1) Austria team participant's badge for 1948 St. Moritz (Switzerland) Winter Olympic Games. 3 x 4cm. Face has Alpine scene in colored enamel with inscription at bottom.

2) Pair of 1952 Helsinki Summer Olympic Games participant's badges. 3 x 5 cm. Face has image of white tower with colored rings and '52 Helsinki Games inscription at bottom. One with blue enamel background is likely a prominent official (i.e. National Olympic Committee) badge as only high ranking officials has this coloration. Other with no blue enamel background is slightly misshaped.

3) Pair of 1956 Cortina d'Ampezzo (Italy) Winter Olympic Games participant's badges. Each has two-pin attached design. Main pin is circular (3cm) snowflake colored enamel with Alpine scene and '56 Winter Games inscription. One has blue enamel background pin titled "AIUTANTE" (assistant) measuring around 3.5 x 4.5 cm in shape of shield. Other has white enamel background pin titled "UFFICIALE DI GARA" (race official) measuring around 3 x 4 cm in shape of shield. If the ribbons pin backs and closures are intact these are very valuable.

Includes a Letter of Provenance from the Helms Athletic Foundation/LA84 Collection.
