J.C. Martin logged 14 major league seasons with three differentclubs: the Chicago White Sox the New York Mets and the Chicago Cubs.Used mostly as a utility catcher Martin spent the majority of hiscareer with the White Sox (1959 to ’67) but captured a World Series ringwith the "Miracle Mets"in ’69.
