1943-1956 San Gabriel Country Club Sterling Silver Trophy Lot of 5.
San Gabriel Country Club crest on front with "CLUB CHAMPION 1943 FRANK HIXON" engraved on STERLING SILVER 10 1/2" tall vase. Bottom stamped "STERLING REINFORCED WITH CEMENT 625 77". Some tarnish mainly around base but still displays nicely.
San Gabriel Country Club crest on front with HANDICAP TOURNAMENT 1946 PRESIDENT'S FLIGHT WINNER" engraved on STERLING SILVER PITCHER. Bottom stamped "STERLING 304". Some tarnish mainly around base but 9" tall pitcher still displays nicely.
San Gabriel Country Club crest on front with "CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP 1947 WINNER FRANK HIXON" engraved on STERLING SILVER Bowl. Bottom stamped "REPRODUCTION AFTER PAUL REVERE 1735-1818 STERLING BY FRANK WHITING & COMPANY H670". 6" tall by 9 3/4" in diameter bowl has some tarnish but displays very well.
Sterling Silver cigarette box engraved on top "FRANK HIXON WINNER CLUB CHAMPION SAN GABRIEL COUNTRY CLUB 1949". Well crafted wood lined interior. Stamped "STERLING 34 HAND MADE" on bottom. Measures 10" by 3 1/2" by 1 38". Some tarnish but displays nicely.
"32ND ANNUAL CRAVEN'S CUP TOURNAMENT SAN GABRIEL COUNTRY CLUB TEXAS SCHRAMM TROPHY 1956 LOW NET WINNER" engraved 6 1/2" tall Sterling Silver pitcher. Bottom stamped "STERLING 220A 3 1/2 PINTS P. REVERE REPRODUCTION". Some tarnish mainly on the inside but displays beautifully.
Includes a Letter of Provenance from the Helms Athletic Foundation/LA84 Collection.
