Vintage "EXTRA SPECIAL HAND MADE" Montreal Canada wood game used hockey stick signed by 14 members of the 1932-33 Detroit Red Wings Hockey Club. The Red Wings finished 2nd in the American Division of the NHL that season with a 25-15-8 record. Players who have signed are: Walt Buswell Frank Carson Hap Emms John Gallagher Leroy Goldsworthy Ebbie Goodfellow George Hay Herbie Lewis John Sorrell and Doug Young. The other 4 are unreadable due to lightness of signature. Most players have added their home town to the signature. Printed at the center of stick is "FRANK HONEY WALKER TRAINER". "DETROIT RED WINGS 1932-1933" neatly printed on the blade in blade ink. Stick has black tape at the top of handle center of stick and bend of stick. Black tape on tip of stick has been removed. Stick displays light use.
Includes a Letter of Provenance from the Helms Athletic Foundation/LA84 Collection.
Autographs Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
