Late California Angels road jersey game worn by outstanding left handed pitcher Frank Tanana. Tanana spent the first 8 years of his 21 year career with the Angels going 102-78 with a 3.08 ERA. The 3 time All-Star has a career best 19 wins in 1976. From 1974 through 1979 he and Nolan Ryan game the Angels a strong one two punch in the starting rotation. "ANGELS" in red with Navy blue trim sewn across chest. "40" sewn below in the same red with Navy blue trim. California Angels state patch sewn on left sleeve. "40" sewn on back in red with Navy blue trim. W. A. Goodman & Sons tag sewn on front tail. Jersey exhibits moderate game use.
