Basketball Hall of Famer Larry Bird was a member of the 1992 U.S. Men’s Olympic Basketball “Dream Team.” They won the gold medal in Barcelona by outdistancing their opponents by an average of 44 points per game. Included here are Larry Bird’s game issued and signed Dream Team sneakers. Bird’s "Cons" are white with blue and red trim and feature his Olympic number "7" embroidered on the outer ankle. Each shoe is signed on the outer Achilles area in faded ink. In addition this lot features an unopened bottle of “BARCELONA 1992 OLYMPIC GOLD” Fischer beer.
Includes Letter of Provenance from the family of Bird’s former agent Bob Woolf. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
