This circa 1927 John McGraw signed photograph originates from the estate of Joe Glassenberg who served as bat boy for the New York Yankees from 1926 through 1928. Stamped by "Pacific & Atlantic Photos" on the reverse this wire photo measures 7-1/2"x9-1/2" and depicts McGraw in uniform shaking hands with an unidentified gentleman. McGraw has added a vibrant aqua blue fountain pen signature across his body that rates 8-9 out of 10. The image shows a corner chip at upper right that has been secured with clear tape. Additional small sections of clear tape are present at each corner all of which could be easily matted out to create a NM appearance of the central image. Includes full LOA from PSA/DNA.
