Harry Caray and his “tell-it-like-it-is” style of broadcasting had become as synonymous with Chicago baseball fans as the ivy that covers the center field wall at Wrigley Field. A permanent fixture in the Chicago Cubs broadcasting booth for 16 years Caray was perhaps best recognized for his tradition of singing “Take Me Out To The Ball Game” during the 7th inning stretch and for his famous exclamation “Holy Cow!” This official American League (MacPhail) baseball has been signed on the sweet spot by Harry Caray and inscribed “Holy Cow!!” in vintage green ink. The inscription remains quite bold and the ball itself is off-white and blemish free. Pre-Certified by PSA/DNA.
