Content includes thanks for a flattering article written about him and closes with a signature, “Samuel E. Crawford ‘Wahoo. Sam’â€Â. Includes a transmittal envelope addressed in Crawford’s hand. 3. Ray Schalk one-page handwritten note on Purdue University letterhead, undated. 4. Rube Marquard multi-sided three-page handwritten letter dated March 8, 1971. Content includes comments regarding his election to the Baseball hall of Fame three months prior as well as the Ali/Frazier boxing match. 5. Branch Rickey TLS dated December 1, 1950 on Pittsburgh Pirates letterhead. Includes Beckett Authentication.
Payment for your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from SCP Auctions’ Laguna Niguel, CA office in the order that payments are received. Please allow up to three business days following clearance of payment for items to ship. All items will be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground unless you contact us to discuss an alternative shipping method.
