Red Blaik was the one-time head football coach at Army. He led the troops there from 1941 to 58 and compiled a 1213210 overall record. He produced plenty of standout players during his tenure including 1946 Heisman Trophy winning running back Glenn Davis. This lot features a currently deflated Wilson football (model #D32) that boasts the signatures in black ink of both Blaik and Davis. It also includes a special inscription to Paul H. Helms who was the owner and curator of the famed Helms Athletic Foundation in Los Angeles. The personalization reads: Best Wishes To Paul H. Helms from Glenn Davis and Red Blaik. West Point 49. The football appears to be in good condition albeit deflated. We cannot guarantee that it will hold air although bladders can be replaced.

Autographs are pre-certifoed by PSA/DNA.
