The Blue Jays picked up shortstop Dick Schofield in 1993 with the hopes he would be an able backup to Tony Fernandez at shortstop. After a promising start Schofield broke his arm ending his season before the post-season. After winning 95 games and being shut out only once during the season the Jays repeated as World Champions defeating the Phillies in six games.

This is the ring presented to Dick Schofield for his part in getting the Jays to the post season. The Tiffany and Co. 14K gold ring has the Blue Jays logo surrounded by over 40 diamonds with one large stone for the Jays eye. Two maple leafs symbolize the first back-to-back World Champions since the ’77-’78 Yankees and the edge proclaims “WORLD CHAMPIONS 1993”. The left shank has “TORONTO BLUE JAYS” above the 1993 World Series logo and “92-93”. The right shank has “SCHOFIELD 22” above the American League logo. The interior is engraved with “Tiffany & Co. 14K 585”.

The ring is housed in its original lacquer velvet-lined presentation box complete with the felt drawstring pouch and famous blue Tiffany & Co. cardboard storage box. A beautiful ring representing the greatest ball club ever assembled on Canadian soil. Size 10 3/4.
