Magnificent and very probably unique circa 1966 St. Louis Missouri 14K Gold Gateway Arch & Civic Center pendant. 1 1/4" in diameter pendant features raised images of the Gateway Arch to the West and the new Civic Center with Busch Stadium shown prominently at the center. Piece is surrounded by an ornate filigree design. Back of the pendant stamped "Thelmax Inc. 14K". Weight 17.5 grams.
LOA from the original designer and manufacturer of the piece the President of Thelmax Inc. at the time stating that this piece is the only one "I authorized to be made with the filigree background and to the best of my knowledge it is the only one in existence".
