Miguel Tejada played for six teams during his MLB career. The Dominican shortstop is best known for his tenures with the Oakland A's and Baltimore Orioles. The six-time All-Star and 2002 AL MVP was never teammates with pitcher Brendan Donnelly, but the two faced each other many times and Tejada gifted Donnelly one of his personal model bats. He signed the A-Bat (Superior Bat Co.) on the barrel in silver marker with "AS MVP 2005" inscribed.

 

The two-toned maple bat is un-cracked with "Model 43 Miguel Tejada" stamped on the barrel shows light evidence of use. Tejada's No. "10" is written in silver pen on the knob, which would make it at least game-issued. The barrel has some bat rack streaks. We are unsure how bat authenticator John Taube of PSA/DNA would grade this. The autograph has been sticker certified by PSA/DNA. A letter from Donnelly is also included.
